Our combined training and consulting experience stretches over three decades. As a company with a diverse team of consultants and a variety of sector-experienced facilitators and trainers, we are predominately engaged in various projects that spans across people management, capacity building, leadership development, employee enhancement & executive coaching.

As CEO of The Uplyft Group (formerly Autism Ally Group), I lead a Maryland nonprofit supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We support our community with assistive technology, caregiver peer mentoring, and employment readiness — resources that help people build real independence. I took this role because I knew I could help an organization with a vital mission get operationally strong enough to grow.
As Director of Operations at Creative Africa Exchange (CAX), I worked with the team at the center of a $2 billion investment initiative — supporting Afreximbank building infrastructure for Africa’s Creative Industry to compete on a global stage. Economic development and cultural identity are not separate conversations.
My career doesn’t fit a single box, and I’ve stopped trying to make it. I’m a strategist who has led faith-based community programs. A media analyst who runs a disability nonprofit. A pan-African advocate trained at Middlesex University and Cornell.
